This is how my blog might look if I was writing one about my experiences teaching. I thought creating a classroom website for EDS 319 was a great experience. I learned a lot about Google sites and Blogger. Now that I am more familiar with the tools I will be more likely to use them when I am teaching! It was really hard to figure out how to make pages and edit them at first, but I soon got the hang of it after playing around with it for awhile. I just put some potential pages on the site that I might use if I was teaching preschool, and I think those pages would work for all elementary grades. I liked that I was able to link the announcements and homework pages to the home page so parents can quickly find the most important information. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
